CMHC and Ernst & Young will be conducting the second edition of the Rental Housing Construction Survey from February 5, 2024, through March 15, 2024. The survey will collect information from developers and real estate investors via the Global Survey platform.

The survey provides a better understanding of the current environment and industry performance metrics. Your participation in this survey will help improve the design of CMHC’s product offerings whose goal is to further incentivize rental housing development.

The survey is anonymous and will take less than 10 minutes.
